Tech giant Vivo is likely to launch its upcoming Vivo X Fold 6 in India. Leaks of this smartphone have surfaced online pointing out that it may come with a foldable display and a powerful MediaTek processor. Moreover, this smartphone is tipped to come with a bigger battery and upgraded camera sensors. This device is anticipated to retain its lightweight form.
Vivo X Fold 6 Leaked Specifications
According to a notable tipster Digital Chat Station (translated from Chinese), the Vivo X Fold 6 may come with an 8.02-inch 2K inner display with ultra-thin glass (UTG), along with a 6.51-inch outer screen. This smartphone is tipped to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, suggesting high-end performance.
For optics, the Vivo X Fold 6 could house a triple rear camera system. It could feature a 200MP primary camera lens along with two 50MP sensors for ultra-wide and periscope shots. Speaking of selfies, this smartphone could feature two 20MP cameras for selfies and the other lens placed on the inner display.
In terms of battery, the purported smartphone may carry a large battery in the 7K range, which is anticipated to a capacity around 7,000mAh. The mobile is likely to support wireless charging and could offer water resistance, although the company has not revealed any details about it.
The Vivo X Fold 6 is also tipped to maintain a lightweight and thin design and could launch in China and globally in June, as per the same release cycle as the previous generation. This phone is also believed to feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner integrated into the power button.
