GTA 6 Extended Look is finally here, and no, it is not a three-episode series kind of, and it is only a single 26-minute-long video revealing a lot about our main leads and gameplay. It is being believed that the story of GTA 6 is going to be around 80 hours long. Diving directly into the details of the video, it begins with showing Jason and Lucia going for a pickup assigned by Boobie.
However, things went south when the whole incident became a combat situation, and the protagonists are supposed to make an exit from the building as soon as they can. After that, both Jason and Lucia have been shown driving through Vice City, living in a shared apartment, and attempting gas station robberies.
The game is also bringing activities like dinner party, jet skiing, strip clubs, basketball, and more. It ends with Jason and Lucia getting separated in a shootout, texting each other while trying to escape the situation.
Now, coming to the expectations, high chances are that Leonida’s complete landmass may be roughly three times larger than what we got to see in Vice City and around two times bigger than the GTA 5 map. Apart from that, the whole campaign will move forward in a chapter-based structure where the players will have the choice to make a switch between Jason and Lucia.
One of the most intriguing parts about the game is that it is bringing a new maximum wanted rating to the table with six stars. Here, the players will get to see a new Criminal Profile system tracking players’ behaviour in a more detailed way than Red Dead Redemption 2’s Honor system. This means that any kind of unnecessary violence will make issues for them in the game. The game is all set to make a debut on November 19, 2026, on Xbox and PlayStation 5.
