Flipkart is geared up to host its biggest sale of the year. The e-commerce giant has announced the dates for the Big Billion Days Sale 2026 that will start from October 9, giving buyers affordable deals on smartphones, home appliances, electronics and many other products.
The Walmart-owned e-commerce platform has also revealed an instant discount offer for customers using eligible Axis Bank and ICICI Bank cards. Shoppers can get an instant 10 per cent discount on select purchases during the sale.
Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale 2026 Date
The main Big Billion Days Sale will begin on October 9, 2026. However, some customers will be able to shop the deals a day earlier.
Flipkart Plus and Black members will receive early access starting October 8. The early shopping window will also be available to eligible Flipkart credit card holders. Flipkart has already named several smartphones that will receive discounts during the 2026 Big Billion Days Sale. The list includes devices from Apple, Samsung, Motorola, Realme, Poco, Oppo, Vivo, Tecno and more.

iPhone 17 Discounts Could Be Different This Year
Apple buyers could have an interesting reason to watch the Big Billion Days Sale this year. Retailers generally lower the prices of older iPhone models after Apple introduces their successors. Last year, the iPhone 17 was launched at a starting price of Rs 82,900 for the 256GB variant. Apple has increased the prices of the iPhone 17 variants. Now, the same variant costs Rs 99,900. Hence, interested buyers waiting for the sale may once again get this device at a discounted pricing.
The Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale 2026 will begin on October 9, while eligible members will get access from October 8. With the festive shopping season approaching, Flipkart is expected to reveal more deals, bank offers and membership benefits in the coming weeks.
