The upcoming Vivo X300 series is already creating serious noise ahead of its official debut. The Chinese smartphone maker Vivo has confirmed that both the Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE will launch in India on May 6, with sales starting from May 14. While teasers have started rolling out leaks and early details have painted a fairly clear picture of what these devices could offer. Vivo X300 FE Specs And Features
The China-based tech giant Vivo has already teased the X300 FE in a fresh green colour variant, which is said to be an India-exclusive colour option. The teaser also confirms that the smartphone will run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, aligning it with its global counterpart. The Vivo X300 FE is set to come with a 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Backing all of this is a 6,500mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. Colour options are likely to include Lilac Purple, Noir Black, and the India-exclusive Urban Olive.On the camera front, the device could offer a triple setup, including a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel telephoto lens, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide shooter, all tuned with ZEISS optics.

The Vivo X300 Ultra may sport a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits. Under the hood, the handset will run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. A 6600 mAh battery with 100W fast charging support is also expected. In terms of cameras, the Ultra model could go all out with a 200-megapixel primary sensor, a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, again tuned with ZEISS.
Interestingly, both the X300 FE and the X300 Ultra are expected to support external telephoto extenders, something Vivo seems to be pushing as a unique camera feature.

As per early reports, the Vivo X300 Ultra may be priced around Rs 1,59,999 in India, while the Vivo X300 FE could start at approximately Rs 79,999. Both of the devices will be available across multiple platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart and Vivo’s official e-store.
