Apple made a considerable impact with the launch of iPhone 18 Pro lineup alongside the iPhone Duo. But there is no doubt in the fact that the fans missed the presence of iPhone 18 base variant in the whole event. Rumours have it that this happened because of the change in cycle which we got to see by Apple this year, as per which the flagships made a debut together, while now the low-tier ones like iPhone 18 and iPhone 18e will launch together next year. On that note, here is everything that you need to know about the base variant as per the leaks, speculations, and rumours.
Apple iPhone 18 Camera And Specifications
The Apple iPhone 18 may get a dual rear camera setup comprising a 48MP primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and a 48MP ultra-wide-angle shooter. We are sure that the rear camera setup of the device will be able to click some of the best photographs, with AI features joining the party as well. For capturing selfies and attending video calls, the device may also house an 18MP front snapper.
The Apple iPhone 18 could bring a 6.3-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 3000 nits of peak brightness. We may also get to see the phone carrying the Apple A20 processor for a fast-paced performance, paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Apart from that, it is also being said that the handset will be packing a larger battery as compared to its predecessor, along with 25W Wireless MagSafe charging support. Until now, there is no word regarding the change in design, and speculations are that Apple will be going with the same elements as we saw in the iPhone 17, with a new colour palette.
