Tech giant Vivo has confirmed the launch of its much-anticipated Vivo T5 Pro 5G. The Chinese smartphone maker announced the launch of this smartphone on Wednesday through a post on X. This device will feature an AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and will be available to purchase in India through the e-commerce platform Flipkart.
Vivo T5 Pro 5G Set To Debut In India
Vivo has confirmed that the Vivo T5 Pro 5G will debut in India on April 15 at noon IST. The company has showcased the smartphone in a white colour option with a vertically placed back camera. On the front, the smartphone will come with a pill-shaped cutout on the display to feature the selfie lens. This smartphone has been confirmed to be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset. This handset will pack a 9,020mAh battery, marking a crucial change over the 6,500mAh battery that was packed in the Vivo T4 Pro. In terms of display, this smartphone will house a 1.5K resolution screen and debut with a pre-installed OriginOS 6 interface.

This smartphone will be available on Flipkart to purchase and the e-commerce platform has introduced a dedicated landing page, teasing the launch of this handset. The listing notes that more details on display will be announced on April 13. Moreover, the battery and performance details will be revealed on April 11 and April 10, respectively.
As per several media leaks, the Vivo T5 Pro 5G is expected to debut in India between Rs 30,000 and Rs 35,000. It is likely to offer a 6.8-inch display with a refresh rate of 144Hz. This smartphone could come with 90W wired fast charging support. This device could be a successor to the Vivo T4 Pro, which was launched in 2025 at a price a starting price of Rs 27,999.
