At CES 2026, Dell announced it would make its products more accessible. In pursuit of that, Dell has launched new products in its XPS and Alienware lineups. The XPS 13 is a 13-inch laptop designed for students, young professionals, and everyday users. It launches alongside the new Dell 14s and Dell 16s laptops, which focus on productivity and AI-powered workloads.

Dell XPS 13
The Dell XPS 13 features a 2.5K LCD touch display with 100% DCI-P3 colour coverage. It has upto 500 nits of brightness, and a variable refresh rate that ranges from 30Hz to 120Hz. With Intel Wi-Fi 7 offered standard, all that detailed content can be streamed effortlessly. Dolby Atmos-tuned quad speakers round out a rich, immersive experience. It is 12mm thin, weighs about 1kg and is built with CNC aluminium. In a single full charge, Dell claims it can go up to 17 hours of streaming battery life.
It is powered by Intel Core Series 3 or Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors (available at a later date) with up to 32GB of LPDDR5X memory. Depending on the configuration, XPS 13 supports either two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports or two Thunderbolt 4/USB Type-C ports.
Alienware 15
The Alienware 15 features a 15.3-inch WUXGA (1920×1200) display with a 165Hz refresh rate and 16:10 aspect ratio.
It features up to Intel Core 7 (Series 2) 240H processors and Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 graphics For cooling, the Alienware 15 uses a dual-fan setup with three copper heat pipes and a rear exhaust system. Other features include a backlit keyboard with numpad, HD webcam, dual-array microphones, dual speakers, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, two USB-C ports, HDMI 2.1, RJ45 Ethernet, a universal audio jack and a dedicated power port.
The Alienware 15 now sits as the entry-level option in the portfolio, while the Aurora series targets users looking for more powerful and feature-rich configurations. At the top sits the Area-51 series, which continues to be the company’s flagship gaming lineup focused on maximum performance.
Dell 14s and Dell 16s
The Dell 14s and Dell 16s are powered by Series 3 Intel Core Ultra processors or AMD Ryzen AI 400 Series processors. Both laptops are Copilot+ PCs and feature up to 50 TOPS NPU performance for AI workloads. Dell says the laptops are designed for productivity, multitasking, and content creation workloads. Compared to the last generation, Dell says the Dell 16S with Intel Core Ultra X7 358H has 55% higher graphics performance.
As for displays, the 14s comes with FHD+ OLED panels in both touch and non-touch variants, while the 16s gets a 2.8K OLED touch display. Across the portfolio, users get refresh rates of up to 120Hz, 400 nits of peak brightness, 100% DCI-P3 colour coverage, and Dolby Vision support.
The Dell 14s weighs at 1.45 kg, while the Dell 16s weighs 1.7 kg. They will be available in Celestial Blue and Frost Blue colour options.
